The owner is very friendly and committed to keeping his customers happy. The dorms were a lot smaller than I was used to (compared to hostels I had stayed at in China), and it was dfficult to get any sleep as noise from the entire hostel could be heard from the dorms. So maybe it's not the best place to sleep, but the nice, relaxed atmosphere and plethora of resources (books, pamphlets, staff, fellow travelers) made our stay worthwhile.

Wow! The service and hospitality was remarkable! I can't believe how flexible, entertaining, and generous you were. Thank you for allowing us to borrow the binoculars and store our luggage in the lockers while we were on a tour of the DMZ. You were so personable and entertaining. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality. We definitely will recommend your hostel to others and have already spoken highly of your services. Thank you for a clean, relaxing, fun, entertaining, and personable experience!

There are 3 shower stalls and 2 toilets for the entire hostile to share. It can get kinda tight. There was also no hot water for showers. At best, in the evening we had luke warm water. Best things about this place are location and that it's co-ed so if you're traveling with guys and girls you can all stay together.

Great hostel, although could do with a few more showers and toilets. Busy at weekends, lovely and quiet during the week. The owner is lovely and very helpful.

My friends and I had a thoroughly enjoyable stay at IS@K Guest House. The staff was very friendly and helpful ! They speak very good English so no problem with communication. Very clean with a good atmosphere. The place is in an excellent location , 5 min walk from subway and the airport bus stop is almost across the street. Lots of eating places around. I definitely would go back there again.

This trip back to Korea was very important to me after having been gone for 3 years. I highly recommend this hostel as a very laid back and easy place to stay. It was great to be able to stay in a central location for such a great price. The staff are really helpful and were able to answer all of my questions. The hostel seemed very clean and tidy, it was warm and cosy. The Seoul 's subway system is very large so it can be hard to choose a good location. I generally like this area a lot.

The main reason I stay here is because of the location. Many times my friends and I are in Seoul just to hang out and grab some foreign food / have some drinks, so Itaewon is really the best for that. the hostel is an easy location!

Nice new place, staff generally good but felt a bit unwelcome at times as staff seemed stressed and too busy to assist.
