Ideal Backpackers Hostel Reviews

I did not feel comfortable at all staying at this hostel. The staff was.unfriendly, rude, and noisy. We could not get any sleep because of the noise caused by the staff and other guests. The room was very small. I felt like I couldn't breath. The toilet was dirty. I would not recommend this hostel to anyone.

The bathroom was very dirty. the tubes were leaking.the rooms were small and without windows. We were 4people so we had no space for our backpacks. also the walls are verythin so we hear the streets all the night long. It was no good choise to book the hostel.every other hostel in Malaysia was better than that in singapur.

Very small and smelly rooms. We booked a twin private room and they moved us into a 6 bed dorm room. We had the room to ourselves but cos of the bunk beds there was no room. We turned down the first room we were shown to as it smelt like 20 smokers had just left the room and all the toilets were disgusting, luckily we only stayed one night and didnt have to have a shower. I know Singapore is expensive but Id recommend you spend a little extra on accom.

There should be smoke detectors and smoking shouldn't be allowed in the rooms or corridor. Rooms are not well maintained. All rooms are smelly. All rooms smell like smoke. Rooms are mouldy. Some AC are not working.

Our 2 person private room was actually a 4 or 6 person room that was just used for 2 persons. The room wasn't very clean and there was lots of dust in the room. Also they came to fix the "broken" airconditioning unanounced... not a nice surprise.

The hostel is so nice but then the conform room need to renovate..Thanks to the staff they're so nice and accomodate...see you again guys...Thanks you Singapore
