I like it a lot.Very good location,clean facilities, grate price, grate harbour view,free internet. At night everything was really quiet.Staff were extremely helpfull and friendly.Would definitely stay here again.Thank you very much!

bad for the site

Arrived at the Hostel after a 4 hour bus ride to find that the two rooms we had booked had been given away. The receptionist wasn't helpful at all and stated that we could pay 15 euros to sleep on the couches. We ended up staying at a guesthouse 50m closer to town down the hill that was cheaper, better, had a washing machine and was staffed by a nice family.

Unfortunately this hostel was the worst hostel we have stayed in whilst visiting Turkey. We were due to arrive at 3pm and at 4pm our room still was not ready. We had made a booking on Hostel World but the owner tried to over charge us saying that he gave us a private room instead of a dorm. He gave us two beds in a three bed dorm which is what we booked and tried to charge us for the other bed. No sheets for the beds and bed bugs throughout the hostel. Staff were quite rude and very unhelpful.

Ideal was a great place to stay.The staff were very helpful in any questions we had...arranged our 12 island boat trip and it was a blast.The breakfasts are very good.Very quiet for sleeping except the speeding cars going up the hill outside. We enjoyed it and even stayed on 2 extra days.

I booked a 3-bed dorm room with ensuite bathroom, but what I got was a mat on a platform that I shared with a couple in the hostel lobby. There were 8 of us sleeping in the lobby, and 4 of us did not have pillows because the hostel ran out. It was a scam that they listed this room on HostelWorld and then told me it wasn't available when I got there. The bathroom was 2 floors down, and it was the most disgusting hostel bathroom I've seen, with a moldy floor and an open pipe dripping water.

Ideal hostel is NOT ideal.. We encountered numerous problems with this hostel. The first and worst of all being BED BUGS, made worse still by the staff being more or less unfazed by the situation. We were "upgraded" to another room, which was unclean (didn't change our sheets!), with one less pillow than we needed and we came home to find the cleaner had left the key IN the door.. Great security! Bugs were then in our new room and no alternative (or extra pillow) were offered! Not impressed

We tell it how it was... we were told that if we stay with this particular place for an extended time, that certain tours and extras would be included in our room rate. Not the case! -extra charges -nothing is for free -staff, give incorrect information to keep you happy (the beachs are NOT walking distance) -breakfast is 8:30 - 10:30, but staff not ready to start until 9...bit of an issue when their tours pick up is 9. -had to explain to staff our room rate, as they tried to charge more.
