The Ideas Manzil was already fully booked when I arrived on 02/09, but I had not been informed, and they tried to put me in a distant separate little place with only 2 rooms, without the announced charm. The rooms were old and not up to the standard on the pictures. The location was also very inconvenient, in a much poorer suburb, without possibility to get out to nearby restaurants and, even worse, quite far from the EU office where I had to work. Its unfortunate I have to rate the Ideas Manzil like this but it was because their hotel was full which they did not tell us on booking the room, they just put us in to another building entirely on the other side of the lake, not as easily accessible to the places we needed to be visiting. We ended up having to find a different establishment to stay in because the 'overflow' accommodation they wanted to put us in was very low quality. They should have told us at time of booking.
