Iemanja Hostel is a small and familiar place located at Rua Alto do formoso, 10 It is close to shopping Centers, parks , banks and the best beaches of Salvador only 5 minutes from the supermarkets, cafe-internet, gym, restaurantes, churches, beaches, museums and with an easy access to Ondina Pelourinho and down town
Ideally adapted for the backpackers budget, we have different options for lodging that suits your pocket. You can choose between a dorm room for six people or a double room with one big bed with a nice and comfortable atmosphere.
Our bedrooms are equipped with fans, lockers and TV. We provide hot showers and a typical Bahian breakfast, laundry and internet services are also available.
An informal atmosphere is what you will find at Iemanja Hostel, our staff are young, efficient and kind. They can tell you what to do, where to go, what you should avoid doing or what that is unmissable in Salvador or in Pelourinho.
You also can study Portuguese, dance, Capoeira and cooking classes in the school which is located in the same building as Iemanja Hostel.

This property has a 1 day cancellation policy.Failure to cancel within this time will result in a cancellation charge equal to the first night of your stay.
Things to Note
My reception is open 24 hours a day, but I prefer to combine with
guests the times of entry and departure for security reasons. After
all, this is my home too. I get adolescents from 15 years, there is no
restriction for the elderly, as long as health and enjoy full autonomy
to move. Pets are not welcome, though I love them. Above all, I want
to get people educated, hygienic and absolutely peaceful. I do not
tolerate disrespect, violence and aggression.'
