The staff was not friendly or helpful. I find that service makes a big difference and this place was not welcoming. First we had a lot of trouble communicating with them because they didn't speak any English. When we asked for some help, they were so rude about it. I would not recommend this place. It was probably one of the worst places I stayed on on our trip to central america. The rooms were bland. A bed with a bathroom. Cement walls, no windows. Felt closed in.

Great place to stay in Leon if you're looking for a guesthouse rather than a traditional backpacker hostel. Our room was huge and at $25 a night was kind of a bargain.
