This fifteenth century home, located 20km from Brescia, was restored a few years ago, but still boasts the natural wood and stone materials and associated characteristics expected from a period building. Surrounded by a lush green garden, it is located in the more peaceful part of the village, yet it is close to the centre.

Our 3-star double rooms are all situated on the first floor. They are light and comfortable and include a private bathroom with shower. All the fine furniture is in epoch style. Every room has the possibility for one more bed.

Breakfast, served between 7.30am-9.30am, is rich in traditional flavour, is served according to the season, in the dining room or in the portico by the garden.

Calvagese della Riviera is set in the stunningly beautiful and un-spoilt area of the River Chiese. Nestled in the heart of the Valtenesi Hills, this village is just a few kilometres from Lake Garda. These hills provide an ideal climate for vineyards and olive groves. Centrally located, it lies within easy reach of Brescia (20km), Salò (12km) and Desenzano (14km).

The house and its surroundings are ideal for those in search of a genuine, peaceful and reviving holiday, both simple and authentic.
