The location is fantastic and it is extremely clean. Our sheets were changed every day and our towels every other day. Clean towels every day would be nicer. They are advertised as apartments but what we had was a smallish double room with a large en-suite and a great shower. Breakfast is not provided but there is a kitchen nearby. I foolishly presumed there would be a/c ....a big negative as the room became very hot at night.

Beautiful place: the room we stayed in looked like a room on the Titanic. Very clean, located right in the center of everything, friendly staff, reliable wifi, peaceful atmosphere. You really get your money's worth. I would wholeheartedly recommend this hostel.

The apartment is very pleasant, especially the communal lounge, and the small kitchen is very useful. Rooms are basic but comfortable and the staff are helpful. The location is great for the old town, Duomo, Uffizi etc.

The host was extremely welcoming and helpful. A pleasant apartment inside and comfortable bedroom. Great central location though a couple of nights were unfortunately extremely noisy with large groups of people partying nearby until 3.30am! One criticism is that my booking stated bed and breakfast but it is only bed and NOT breakfast! There is however a kitchen which can be used to prepare an evening meal.

I'm absolutely fascinated with the hotel, the location couldn't be any better - you have everything around the corner. The rooms are beautiful, clean and convenient; One tip though, when you arrive for the first time, please mind that there are two houses numbered 1 on Via Magazzini, so if you access the street from Piazza De La Signora, keep walking, it's not the first house. Also, it is highly recommended to follow the hostess' - Alkimini's insider's tips, she's great
