Overall good. The location was good & bad. It was a little bit farther from the main sights, but very close to the train station. It's nice if you arrive really early or late, or if you are traveling a lot from Florence. Two minutes & you're on a train to Pisa. My biggest gripe was the food. True to other reviews, the it just prepackaged items. The first set were expired, & we had them replaced. We didn't even eat the others, real waste of money.The flat is very nice; well kept, clean, & secure.

It's a good place to take a rest and sleep at night. It's not to stay all day. If your plan is spent the whole day walking in Florence, I strongly recommend that place.
