Very nice staff with useful tips for restaurants in the city (we really enjoyed that!).

My friends and I had a fantastic stay here. The hosts were incredibly helpful, accomodating and friendly. The rooms were very clean as well. I highly recommend this hostel.

Recommended!! The hosts was thoughtful. He has briefed us on the history , where to go & a list of restaurant & places to visit in Florence was given. Room was comfortable & toilet was clean. Excellent stayed.

Peter is a wealth of information and extremely helpful. Very well run.

Staff was very helpful. Room was clean and it's the only place we stayed during our trip in Italy that got a kettle in room.

Would definitely recommend! The owners were very nice and felt like at home! Very clean and breakfast included.

Loved this guesthouse! Everything was immaculately clean and the location was great-very easy to find from the train station. The woman who runs the guesthouse was very helpful and friendly, she will give you a map labelled with recommendations on places to go/where to eat-fantastic! We only stayed here one night, but I wish it had been longer because this place was wonderful!

Pleasant place to stay, although other guests were rather loud/obnoxious at times. Felt like a home which was nice, but didn't like having to share a bathroom/shower with the other rooms. Very close to the train station and a fairly quick walk to the many sights of Florence.

The staff called Peter is really helpful,responsible and thoughtful. Strongly recommoned!

My fiancee and I were over 8 hours late, but the staff still waited for us at ~9:20pm! The mini narration of Florence's history was also great. They gave us insider tips on where to eat/what to do; it was so so helpful. It's a bit different fr other hostels in that there is no "common room" or person sitting at a desk 24/7 (you can call someone at any time of the day tho). Hard to interact with the other guests, so it is more hotel-like, a +/- depending on some people. But exceeded expectations!

Host of this hostel is soooo nice and he clearly explained everything about Florence to my friends and me. The places he suggested are all very good, including the restaurant. If I have another chance to go there, I would surely choose this lovely place again!

One of the best places we ever stayed in. The atmoshpere was cosy and familiar, we had everything we needed and although it was close to a busy road, there was no noise in the room so we could sleep well. It is conveniently close to the train station. We also got a map and a sheet with recommendations: restaurant Il Contadino was definitely worth it, thanks!

Very friendly staff that takes care of you right away. The owner stood outside waiting for us to arrive even when we didn't ask him to so that he could make sure we didn't get lost. Gave us a lot of good and useful information about the city. Stayed in a 3 bedroom private which was very clean. The only 2 complaints that I have are that the room was a little small and that there was a cot instead of a bed for sleeping. Bathrooms were very clean and they also provided towels for free!

The hostel is located right behind the train station, but outside the old town. It takes 15 minutes to walk to the Duomo. The man at the reception is very kind, spent time to explain things about the city, and gave us plenty of tips about what to do, where to go, and (that was the best part), where to eat. to be recommended!!!!!

Peter, thanks so much for everything but 2 things that could improve: room was way too cold, and breakfast is minimal. If there were only bigger croissant and a better radiator, couldnt be better :) Everything else was perfect-- location is awesome and rooms are beautiful. thank you and thank you again.

The price, staff and atmosphere are perfect!! I will stay there again. When I visit Firenze!!!!

Peter is a great person who is really friendly and enthusiastic. He gave a lots useful information when I just arrived hostel. The room is very clean and warm. He does his best to make sure all of his guests have a wonderful stay in Florence. In addition, I made a huge mistake of my booking, which is I was short of a night. Peter and Melusina found another hostel for me, and leaded me to the new place when their rooms were fully booked. STRONGLY RECOMMENDED!!!!
