My reservation did not reach the hostel! When I arrived, they did not have a room. They helped me to find one at another hostel and offered me to have breakfast every morning at Il Girimondo BB. Il Garimando is really an apartment where they let out rooms. The decor was a bit drab and it wasn't really inviting. I think it was expensive compared to the B & B I stayed in, in Siena. Booked a single room (not ensuite), got a very spacious room for 3 people ensuite and did not have to pay extra!!! Great service. Excellent, clean, comfortable double ensuite room with aircon, tv and hairdryer. We would definately stay again. Lovely breakfast also. air conditioning unit spilt water all over one of the beds but the room was very clean as was the bathroom.
