Even with the reservation done, when we arrived in the hotel there was simply no one there, the place was empty and closed. We were lucky to find a guy who worked there after few minutes, so he opened the place for us, saying that day was their day off, so there was no one in the whole place. Strange for a place made to receive people. Beside of this, the room was not clean, even with blood on the bathroom window.
