Great, helpful staff and great rooms. The breakfast spread was incredible, lots of variety, you don't see that very often. The location is good too, because it's relatively close to all the major cities around you. You will definitely need a car if you plan to stay at this place to easily visit the nearby cities. I imagine train is possible, but we used a car and we saw Florence, San Gimignano, Lucca, Pisa, Monteriggioni to name some in our 5 days. Would definitely stay again.
