A charming residence set in an exceptional location - Il Sorger del Sole Country House B&B is a listed stone-built farmhouse and steeped in history. Nestled into the tranquil hillside of Colle S.Giorgio with over four acres of ancient olive groves with 91 trees and beautiful terraced gardens with fruit trees, bushes, roses and lavenders. its elevated position commands magnificent panoramic views of the patchwork rolling hills of Marche, distant medieval towns on hilltops, Monte Conero and the Adriatic Sea.

The house is unique and full of character and has been restored with loving care. The guest rooms are beautiful, individually designed and stunningly styled with independent entrances allowing you, your privacy.

A romantic, elegant and spacious en-suite double guest room with a wonderful relaxing ambiance. Seating area and an inviting and comfortable king sized double bed, full size fridge, DVD player and hi-fi. Charming en-suite shower room with walk in shower, marble topped vanity unit, WC and bidet.

A romantic double/twin guest room is a charming private haven. Accessed through a private wooden portico with a vine hanging covered in grapes in summer leading to double glass doors to the bedroom with seating area and door to a spacious private dressing/shower room. Room fridge, DVD player and hairdryer. The double bed is large, comfortable and inviting. Please advise your hosts after booking if you require the room making up as a twin.

Room rates include delicious sweet and savoury breakfast using fresh local produce and served until 11.00am on Sundays. Eat outside in the terraced garden or in the farmhouse kitchen.

There are lots of restaurants nearby but if you would prefer to stay at home you can share supper and cost of food with us.

Guest rooms are cleaned & re-stocked daily and towels and bed linen are changed regularly. Tourist information and suggested excursions provided.

Located around 6km from the medieval walled town of Cingoli and only some 30 minutes drive from Ancona/Falconara international airport and the Riviera del Conero on the Adriatic coast, Il sorger del sole is ideally placed for holidaymakers or potential house buyers exploring the Marche region.
