Located in an intimate complex of 3 buildings, each with 3 floors, that surrounds a courtyard and freshwater swimming pool. The street in front of the hotel is un congested and provides for easy exit and entrance. It is an easy walk to Kukulcn Boulevard.
We have Olivers Continental Palapa Restaurant, serving a la carte breakfast, lunch, dinner and your favorite beverages, snacks, and supplies with the best view in the hotel zone.

We have a total of 62 studios and suites with Lagoon view or golf view all equiped with: 48 studios, 14 suites with two double beds, kitchenette with utensils basic, mini bar, sink and a two electric burner stove, individual air-conditioning, shower, telephone, satellite T. V. marble floors and balcony. Free continental breakfast!
Family Plan:
Our small size and varied accommodations are perfect for families, kids from 2 to 12 years old are free, when sharing room with two adults

Once you reserve, if canceled deposit is NON refundable. If your reservation is noshow you will be charge for 1 night.

***DO NOT STAY HERE*** Horrible place! Although cheap, it is NOT the nicest place. Me and my friend from the UK book this place and have loads of experience with hostels, hotels etc. It was terrible, room was a dump, no hot water, bed bugs and unhygienic to say the least. Staff member horrible. Cancun itself is dated and a dump so unless you have an all inclusive then don't go.
