We are a typical stylish Valencian flat located in the most centric point of the city.
We are a free, respectful and easygoing place, simple, without any pretensions. You will find charm full real people who will take care of you at all times.
We are the ideal place for backpackers who need a clean and comfortable place to sleep cheap in a superb location. Actually we have the best fare in town. This is because we give you just what you need to enjoy this beautiful city. Our rooms are not big but comfortable. There is a kitchen open 24h with all facilities also coffee & tea to give you service at anytime. This way you can buy your own food and keep it in the fridge and prepare it whenever you want.
We have three full bathrooms at your dispossal to take a comfortable shower at anytime.
We also have linnen and towels at a very reduced price.
You will be given a set of keys of the room and the house so that you can get in and out at anytime like at your own home. Actually this is your home while you r staying in Valencia...

We had a awesome new renovated flat in the midst of the city. Incredible view from the rooftop. We even had a balkony to a calm street! The host was very helpful and supportive, had good insider tipps and cares a lot about his guests. Having a shared bath and kitchen helps meeting new people. Some rooms have view to the street, some only window to air shaft in inside of building.
