Very friendly staff and fast internet, however 3 massive dogs that barked really loudly at night and in the morning. Hostel needed some serious TLC also.

We have had a great experience here. the staff helped us find alternitive ways to get to Aguas Calientes without paying a ton of money. The rooms are super clean. But there is no buffet breakfast in the off season I dont think

Vary good hostel. You got free internet andr free breakfast. the staff is very nice and helpfull. There is many ceap resturants close by if you try to avoid the touristic parts. Recomand it strongly for all backpackers.

Great staff, very helpful and friendly. We appreciated the laundry service after coming back from the Inca Trail. Dogs barking at night was a bit of a problem...I suggest bringing earplugs if you're a light sleeper.

The rooms tend to be cold. No heaters but the blankets are quite warm. Hot water is available from 6am-10am and from 6pm-10pm.

There is hot water only on specific hours (morning and evening) which makes it sometimes problematic to synchronize showers...

Incama hostel was only ok. there was never any toilet roll in the toilets so bring your own! three very noisy dogs living next door. usually liked to start barking around 6am. also very poor curtains on window so if dogs don't wake you, early morning sun will. Location was good and staff were friendly.
