incama is a great place to spend days in cusco and it is very close to the plaza de armas, it`s safe they are helpfull people the staff is friendly they helped me to organize some tours around the city and the most important for me machupicchu they sell many tours and options to do there in a safe way.they make you feel like in home it was a good experience also they give a good breakfast and all is clean.and finally don`t believe if someone say, that incama is far away becouse is totally false

The main receptionist isn´t too friendly. The kitchen facilities are lacking (including lack of a garbage can). The rooms were extremely basic for the relatively high price. Communal bathrooms were not very clean, and the location was mediocre. Overall, I would not recommend this hostel to anyone.

Felt like the people were trying to get the most money out of you as possible. Or have you ever stayed at a place, where you needed to pay 3soles for a towel per day? The dollar-soles exchange-rate was fairly overpriced, the sanitary-facilities were disgustingly dirty (to be fair you need to mention that I stayed over New Year's Eve), the door-locking-system is just bad if you stay in a dorm (just one key and impossible to enter without it). Good aspects: reasonably ok breakfast and nice terace.

From the discription and pictures provided on Hostelworld.com I thought this location would be nice. The pictures give you the wrong idea of this hostel. Everything was extremely dirty, the bathroom smelled aweful and when we opened the curtains to look out the window a rat ran outside the window. The neighborhood around this hostel wasn't terrible but I did not feel completely safe.

the hotel is like cusco wondefull ,magic you fell like home

Sonia is good people, in this moment I am in Lima, in Cusco I was very sick and Sonia called to doctor, that experience is nice.
