Great staff, very helpful and friendly. We appreciated the laundry service after coming back from the Inca Trail. Dogs barking at night was a bit of a problem...I suggest bringing earplugs if you're a light sleeper.Great staff, very helpful and friendly. There is hot water only on specific hours (morning and evening) which makes it sometimes problematic to synchronize showers... There is hot water only on specific hours (morning and evening) which makes it sometimes problematic to synchronize showers... ...Close

Incama hostel was only ok. there was never any toilet roll in the toilets so bring your own! three very noisy dogs living next door. usually liked to start barking around 6am. also very poor curtains on window so if dogs don't wake you, early morning sun will. Location was good and staff were friendly.
