We had a great stay at Indigo. Kitchen was good and a good common area with tunes. WiFi was really bad though. Even when you have a strong connection it just drops out.

Free coffee and tea all the times, specialy in the morning if you had a rough night :)) The staff are just TOO NICE, they help you with every little thing that you need! (10/10 for them) I hope to come back some day! ;)

Rooms are very large and clean. The bathroom was never crowded. I would suggest you to take part to the walking tour of the city if you want to meet people also from other hostels in Valencia.

Didn't feel it was as good as its rating, but it wasn't bad. The staff were OK, the bathrooms were OK, the location was OK. One nice thing was that there were not bunk beds in the 4-bed mixed dorm. But the room was too hot and had a nonfunctioning fan, and it was LOUD with traffic. Also no individual reading lights, so one person staying up late reading with the BRIGHT main light prevents others from sleeping well. Bring an eyeshade and earplugs. Longer walk to center than other hostels in town.

My stay at Indigo was great! The hostel was really easy to find, is in a great location and everything was very clean. The staff members were all extremely friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that the beds weren't the most comfortable, but otherwise it's a great place to stay in Valencia! :)

Large dorm rooms. Really liked the 'toiletries exchange' where you could leave behind unfinished bottles of shampoo/moisturiser and the book exchange. Clean and bright and walking distance to the bus station. Would happily return to stay.

All fine, but don´t agree with closing common room, we´re adults we can shut the door when others are sleeping. Otherwise rearrange the floor plan, when i´m holidays i don´t want to be told when to go to sleep, chill, or whatever. I pay for a hostel to be flexible wityh all types of guests, ones thatr sleep early others that don´t sleep much. Anyway, after my whinge, thanks Francesca, you´re a darling, ciao bella. Regards Nicholas, from Aus.

Loved Valencia (a must visit!) but the staff were a bit rude and dismissive. Often had to wait for them to finish personal conversations before you could ask a question. Great facilities- showers were clean and beds were comfortable. Wish the WiFi had been better. Apparently it was 'under construction' which I wasn't told until I inquired.

The bathrooms on the first floor were always out of service, which meant you had to go upstairs and use those (not awful, just inconvenient). The wifi goes in and out as different people try to connect and overall it is very annoying to try to use for extended periods of time. They do have an ethernet cable to use, which makes the service much better. Walking distance from the historic sights, but far from the city of arts and sciences and the beach (buses stop a few blocks away).

I found everything good at Indigo. Maybe the only thing I'd suggest to change or improve is the fact that the toilets and the room wit the showers were a little bit too cold.

I moved to this hostel half way through my stay in valencia because this hostel had a much better atmosphere and facilities. I would recommend it for sure

Great location, in the historical center but far from noisy places and parties. Good bathrooms and showers. Beds and lockers we're also good. My room didn't have a pace to hang clothes/ towel tought. Good computers but no so great wifi. The only thing I didn't like is that the hostel doesn't offer breakfast, it has a kitchen but I didn't use it so I can't say anything about it. I liked the place and would stay there again.
