We had a really nice room with a television, ensuite and tea and coffee etc. The B&B was in a great location close to the main train station. The kitchen facilities were great. Roberto was really lovely and helpful, and the fridge was stocked with bread, butter, cheeses, spreads and cereal that were available all day. We had a great stay.

If you're looking for some peace and quiet after a hot long day in Rome, Ines is where you want to be. You get a room to yourself. It's like living in an apartment with a 'ghost' housekeeping waiting on you and cleaning up everyday. Breakfast was nice and as was the dinner on the house. Roberto was helpful as well. The only hung you should know is to check in at the restaurant and not go straight to the apartment, and that wifi is available at the restaurant only. Also good Chinese place near

Generally a nice quiet place right next to Termini station. Got a private bath room instead of a (booked) shared one. Breakfast could be improved though. Cornflakes and a packaged croissant is all you get. Considering the price, it's a good deal, especially since we got a free dinner at their restaurant.

We were arranged to stay in four rooms of apartment, but it was clean and comfortable, the location is perfect, could reach several attractions by walking and could easily reach different transportation. The host Alex is a very nice gentleman, and staff at his restaurant Roberto and Nicholas also very helpful and friendly, we had great time in Rome, thank you Alex for your free dinner.

Friendly and helpful boss and staff in the Ristorante Alfredo. You all made our stay memorable. From Stanrick and Stefanus (Singapore)

At first I was surprised because of the location of this B&B. Apparently, I should visit the restaurant instead of the address given when I booked the room. However, the room that was given to me is really nice and clean. We got private bathroom that always be cleaned and unlimited self-service breakfast. Besides, we also got a free dinner from the owner. This place is highly reccomended. :)

Two bedroom apartment across the road from termini station. Shared full kitchen (fridge/freezer, oven/stove top) and bathroom. Alex, the 'landlord', kept the fridge stocked with milk, toast, cheeses and coffee. Regular maidservice for sheets, towels and dishes. No WiFi in the room sucked. There is WiFi at Alex's restaurant, but that's a 5-10min walk down the street and we felt obligated to buy coffee/water each visit. He does provide a free meal with wine at his restaurant and it was great.

Absolutely fantastic time. This place was my home away from home. After staying in rome for a little less than a week, we got to know Alex very well. There is no internet in the rooms which is the only, albeit small, downside. Even that is made up for because you can get internet access downstairs in Alex's restaurant. The place was clean and right next to Termini station. Overall, we had a fantastic time and I'd easily recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to stay in Rome.

A little hard to find at first (as you must go to Alfredo's restaurant when you checkin) but after it's like discovering a gigantic treasure chest. Worth your stay! Extremely friendly staff! Loved it here!

We had a great time staying at the B&B! Thanks for the free dinner at Alfredo's and the limoncello shots! :)

Kind of a sketchy area of town but otherwise good

It was great! We got a free dinner at the owner's restaurant and the breakfast both days was quite large. It's easy to get to the train station and bus stops, so location was no problem. The only issue was there was no wifi in our room--we had to go to the restaurant to get internet. Other than that, no complaints!

This was a great place to stay! To use the wifi you need to go down to the restaurant and everyone is incredibly nice down there. The apartment was cleaned everyday and breakfast was replaced, but there is a functioning kitchen to use.

A nice surprise! Although we had no time to make a true research about t place in advance, my friend and I were really well treated for the staff both at the restaurant and the bed and breakast. The owner (Alex) seemed very concerned and made sure we were well treated all the four nights. The self breakfast system is quite okay and we found incredible the surprise dinner on our last night in Rome. - No wifi on the bedrooms, but all day wifi on the restaurante at the corner. - Great localization

You are offered a free dinner at the restaurant near by the hostel. Very generous, but on the other hand the hostel was a little bit to expensiv

I would recommend to install a wifi connection in the rooms

My zebra twin-room was part of a 2-bedroom apartment. Facilities are great, the place is clean and organized and hosts keep the fridge stocked with breakfast items, but there's only one bathroom/toilet for 4 people, so queuing is inevitable. No maps provided, no internet on the building, no one to ask anything you might need. It's a great room, but it does not cater for basic needs on independent travelers.

Good place to stay. Right next to Termini Station so not a tourist neighborhood but you won't spend time there. Walking distance to Coliseum and quick metro ride to other sites. Check in at Alfredo's Restaurant to be shown room. Alex gave us free lunch and dinner at his restaurant the day we arrived. Room was very nice. Shared bathroom and kitchen as well as breakfast in the room. Don't forget about Italy's new tourist tax! (It's not included in the price). Overall good stay.

Alex, our host, was amazing! He met us at one location and immediately let us know that he was going to upgrade us to a different location, which was a relief because we were a little weary of the location of the first. The rooms are very clean and we had our own bathroom. Also, he invited us to eat dinner at his restaurant the first evening and it was GREAT!! Additionally, he let us store our luggage at his restaurant after we had checked out, this was a life saver! This place was OUTSTANDING!

Ines Downtown B&B in Rome was by far the best hostel we have stayed at yet! It is in a good location (right near the train station and tour bus routes) and the owner was extremely welcoming and generous. After giving us a personal tour of the place, he invited us down for a bottle of wine and dinner at his restaurant on the house! There was a fully stocked fridge with water, juices, and cheese as well as a self-serve breakfast. This hostel definitely added to our wonderful experience in Rome!
