While it is a bit strange at first - mostly bc it is less a b&b and more like renting a bedroom in a two bedroom apartment - you cannot beat the location, security, and accommodation for the price. So convenient and the room is huge. Sharing a bathroom can be annoying, but we all know that going in. You can literally walk ANYWHERE in Rome city center from this place and the buses/ trains are right next door. So easy!

Alex was such a generous and accommodating host. We felt very safe and his restaurant had great food. We are telling all of our friends about our stay and would definitely come back.

We stayed four nights in a tidy double room with ensuite. The location was great - only a short walk from termini station with a host of restaurants nearby. The security at the b&b was good. The bed was made up nice, was comfortable and the sheets of good quality and, most importantly, nice and clean. Alex, the owner made us feel very welcome. By the way, the restaurant run by Alex and his brother is really good. We had a couple of meals here and all were superb. Highly recommend this B&B!

We met Alex and his brother at their restaurant, Alfredo's... a short walk from the Termini Train Station. We ate lunch there, and it was great food with decent prices. The bed/breakfast is down the road and across the street from the train station, located near some Chinese restaurants. It was clean, and secure... in a quiet area. We shared a bathroom and kitchen with 2 guests which we never saw. Thanks to Alex for giving us some free bottles of wine and a free meal! Great experience!

By far the best experience when it came to places to stay in Italy! The staff and management was unbelievably friendly. Alex, the manager, gave us our own bathroom (when we had already agreed to a shared bathroom) a free dinner and a bottle of wine! The rooms were very clean and spacious! Security was great too, we had to use 5 different keys just to get into our room! The only thing I would complain about is not having wifi in our room. Other than that, it was perfect, I would stay there again!

The place is nice, it is located in a well maintained tenement. The breakfast is OK, you get jam and some bakery products. The neighborhood is fine, it is situated exactly next to Termini station, so there are tons of police patrols, and the locals don't bother with you. It is easy as well to get home during night.

The room is beyond expectation, but the reception way is awkward. Didn't get any receipts of city tax.

Alfredo and his partner (forgot his name) were very kind to us and accommodated us well. They also gave us a free meal at Alfredo's restaurant! The location was great, we were very close to the train station and metro! The only thing that bothered me was that on hostelworld, it advertised a hair dyer and in our room, there was no hair dryer. But I did okay without it. Other than that, it was a great stay and my husband and I enjoyed Rome!

We had a wonderful stay at the B&B! Alex and his brother were fabulous hosts, so kind and incredibly generous. The room was lovely, everything was clean and the location is perfect, within walking distance to most of the main sights, and just a few blocks from the train station. I would definitely recommend Ines B&B, I've never experienced better hospitality in all my travels! Thank you Alex, and your family and friends too!

perfect stay, perfect price, and perfect host. Alex, the host was very welcoming and kind to every question or stuff that we asked for. Not to mention, the room was super clean. Just in case to notify(in order to prevent other guests to face difficulty finding the facility) - Alex manages a restaurant called Alfredo. He usually contacts every guest who makes a reservation, but it would be better to contact him first. You should first find him and be guided to the room. Easy work to do, really.

We had the B&B almost entirely to ourselves, each day a maid would come and thoroughly clean as well as leave us breakfast for the next morning, we loved our time here. Owner also owns a fabulous restaurant just around the corner.
