Property Information:
The guest house is infront of termini station the main railway station recentely renewed all rooms with complete comforts
We are located in front of termini station and also very close to all attractions like the Santa Maria Maggiore which is 3 minutes walk and the Collossum which is a 10 minutes walk away.
The rooms are large and offer air conditioning and all comforts.
The breakfast can be served inside your room.
Cleaning is donw every day after miday so you can have a late breakfast before starting your visit!

Cancellation Policy 2 days, late cancellations and no shows will be charged the amount of the first night.
Cash only accepted as payment upon arrival

All the staff at the B&B and "Ristorante Alfredo" were amazing. They were friendly, warm, always super accommodating, and spoiled us at at every turn. Staying here truly enhanced our experience of Rome (A city in which, I'll admit, I was a bit leery coming back to) . The only downfall was that there was no wifi in the rooms, just at Alex's restaurant. Breakfast and rooms = amazing. Would be back in a heartbeat. Thank you Alex!!!
