All is not bad, i liked this hotel before i saw that they stole me money.... My door was closed, and i m sure i had 270 euros in it before i went out... when i returned i had only 200.... but no proof so i just yelled and i just haven t pay my note after a 1 hour fight... in spannish ( que se mejora mucha) i think that ñost of the time it s a good hostel but when i was here, there was a thief working there!

Very nice, quiet hostel in nice area, close to lots of shops, cinamas, restaurants. The tv in the private rooms was nice. Staff were slow at communicating in English. Also they price in dollars and give really poor exchange rate to soles so ended up being slightly overcharged. Apart from that very nice.

This was our third stay at Inka Lodge and we plan to return. The service is excellent, and a breakfast of bread and coffee is included. Bottled water is always available for free in the common kitchen. The part of Lima where the hostel is, Miraflores, is one of the safer and more beautiful parts of the city. The beaches are within walking distance (about 10 blocks).

Warning: If you stay here, watch your valuables! I put my money belt into their safe/locker in a locked room and when I retrieved it 3 hours later I was missing about $150 in various denominations. The only people that had keys were myself and staff-when I inquired with front desk they were very illusive and would not call police. Other travellers were trimmed of their cash also, beware.

The hostel had no character, I felt no vibe. It didn't bother me too much. It was just a quiet place, so if you like to get some sleep, it's OK. The staff members were not very helpful for tours or buses or things like that. I felt I was on my own. It was a small place, I guess it just came down to the people staying there. I did not want to hang around there much or did not really get the opportunity to meet people. Luckily I did not mind.

It was good and cheap. Staff were nice and helpful. there are two computers but no skype. there is decent enough wifi. and basic breakfast. very good for the price, and restaurants and sites to visit nearby. i don't think there is really such a thing as quite in lima, my rooom was very hot and noisy, but it was fine for the price. The night staff are very lovely ladies.

Cheap, quiet, and clean is how i like it...not much of the party atmosphere, but it was out of season. The only drawback with hostel is that if you wanted to stay there longer like I did and booked only one night you will be charged three times what hostelworld has offered for the subsequent nights?!

There were very few other guests at this hostel when we were there so it was not overly fun. Breakfast was good. The staff spoke minimal English. Clean and tidy

Clean, quiet hostel just a short stroll from central Miraflores. We stayed in a very clean double room; the shared baths had hot water. Not a party hostel, this a good choice for those who are after a comfortable, peaceful stay in Lima on a budget.

I was happy with the stay at the Inka Hostal. However, I was disapointed that the Internet was a very slow and they did not have skype or any volume on the P.C. If they want to bring themselves into the 21st century that would be an excellent place to stay. Also, somewhere to hang clothes would be a nice improvement too!

I really like this hostel, but they could do with lockers in the rooms. There is enough space for them. My mobile phone went missing from my room. It´s really old and doesn´t work in Peru so I didn´t think anyone would want to steal it, but it´s gone!

I arrived at the hostel and first they told me, that if you book with hostelworld, it is a promotion and you dont get any breakfast or towel . It was nowhere written, that it was excluded. To luck your stuff you have to pay. The internet is slow, so i asked where there is an public internet station, they didn't know and told me to use theirs. I was sick and asked to stay a bit longer in bed, my bus left at 22:00, they were willing to extend it for 1 hour. I had to pay a full extra night.

Bathrooms were a mess and the shower had little hot water. They asked us to change rooms three times, which was a little inconvenient for we had to pack and unpack everyday.

There is no fun there, but you find that outside the hostel. The staff only speaks spanish, but i had no problem with that.
