Really nice hostel, with incredible people that work there! Such team gave us the best time in Cusco. We were in Cusco 3 times in the trip and Inkas was our choice for all the times. Nice breakfast, big rooms with the structure needed. The kitchen was quite small, but basic was possible. Besides this, all the trips to MachuPicchu and other historical sites could be arranged in one agency in the hostel. The atmosphere was outstanding and guess its very honest to say we made good friends there

The inka hostel is nice, comfy beds and good breakfast. However they double booked our beds and claimed that they emailed me which they did not. They offered us the option to share a bed for half the price which we accepted. However come to paying time they tried to charge us extra as we took 2 showers and and are two breakfasts. Apart from that a pleasant and easy stay

They tried to charge us double price, then said because of rate we couldn't have free breakfast (as advertised online). The also lied about a series of facilities an service they offer, most importantly about having a free equipped kitchen available to guests. There's no proper indoor common area, when it rains expect drops coming through if you are sleeping in the top floor and no toilet paper in any toilet ever.

The double room we stayed in was very comfortable and clean and the hostel has a great central location. However, it was majorly let down by the poor breakfast of stale bread and jam (that was advertised as included but only brought out to us when we asked about it). Also, we might have just got unlucky but our room was right next to a very noisy nightclub that played music until 4am and the walls were very thin - make sure you request a quiet room and don't raise any expectations for breakfast.

When we arrived the woman said she couldn't find our reservation, even though I showed her my reservation online, and after making us wait for quite a while we were put into a private room which was nice. Later on she tried to charge us the price of the private room, which was not what we booked so we refused to pay and eventually the man who works there and speaks good English was very helpful and allowed us to pay the original price we reserved.

It is in the city centre, really close to the Plaza de Armas which is perfect. The breakfast is really good and the staff are lovely.
