Super friendly staff! They were so helpful, thanks for everything

Only complaint was sometimes lack of toilet paper and broken shower handle that cut me. Everything else was great especially the staff! Breakfast was more than bread and jam. They had eggs and cereal too. We even went back after visiting the islands.

This hostel is excellent for a short stay in Puno. The rooms are excellent and the breakfast is very good too. In a great location as well. I would definitely recommend this hostel...

great little family run hostel, welcomed us in in the early hours of the morning and gave us free breakfast. people were lovely, use of kitchen was good, although half of the hostel looked like it was under construction but we got over that, beds were good, lockers big enough to fit our bags, showers were warm and breakfast was nice

Nice hostel not far from the city center, although it lacks atmosphere. At the time I was there, there were construction works in the ground floor, maybe because of that. Breakfast is really mediocre, but that's almost everywhere the case in South America. Moderate cleanliness. Rooms and location feels a little bit cramped.

Not the hosting is my home and not noise is all closed, breakfast has everything. Maybe finish brekfast

In many ways a decent hostel. Good breakfast. But it was raining, and there was water on the floor in both the bathroom and the dorm I slept in. Not so cool.

Nice hostel. Nice owners. Nice room. Nice breakfast. Nice kitchen. In general, nice.

Staff was friendly. Great bed. Quiet. Hot water. Enjoyed my stay a lot. Would not hesitate to return

Nice hostel with a good atmosphere. Well equiped kitchen. Could have been a bit more spare in the dorm and lockers would have been nice.

it was a nice and helpful place to stay. i would recommend it.

In general the hostel is very good: staff is helpful, good tour options, good breakfast and the areas were clean. Some points to improve: - reception was empty sometimes, which made it hard to leave or enter the hostel - breakfast was not well organized - wifi was poor upstairs

I found Puno didn't have a lot to offer, but this hostel served its purpose! Hot showers, good wifi, and a great breakfast (more than just a bun!) will always win me over when I'm spending less than 24 hours in a town.

A nice spot. Good wifi, clean, secure, helpful, good breakfast. Only problem is a 9am check out and a 6-9am breakfast time.

exelente muy recomendable fue mi mejor estadia, la dueña es muy amable y muy atenta

There seemed to be a lot of construction when we were there, so it was a disappointment. Lots of building material lying around the stairs and hallway, loud noises. Our room had no lock so we had to ask for another room. The Common space was dark and uninviting (and as I sat trying to watch TV a handyman came in to loudly saw on some lockers). A bathroom/shower malfunctioned so also terrible smell for some hours. I wouldn't choose to returhere, although you could tell the place used to be nice.

Stayed one night in a double room - we booked with shared bathroom but were accidentally put in one with a private and then were allowed to stay. Bathroom was clean, although smelt badly of drains and made the room smell. Poor sound proofing - we could hear everything. Kitchen looked dirty so we didn't use it. The communal area also didn't look too clean. Breakfast was better than average with egg, bread, jam, cake, fruit and tea. Excellent staff who were very friendly and helpful.

We were put in a room on the top floor, adjacent to some construction works, and although the staff said there wouldn't be any works while we were there there was loud drilling and the water went off completely for most of the day. We told the staff but the construction work continued. When we checked out, they got our bill wrong as well. Overall not a great experience, we wouldn't stay here again.

Stayed here for one night whilst we went to visit the Uros islands on Lake Titikaka. Good place for a stop over, staff were very nice, we got there at 6am as we had taken a night bus from Cusco and they let us crash in a room whilst ours was made ready. They then said we could just stay in that room even though it was an ensuite and we'd just payed for a double with shared bathroom. They have a pool table and tv with WBTv so we could watch friends, which made my girlfriend very happy!
