We had our own private room with bath. It was nice and clean with very hot showers. The Inka's Rest was in GREAT location, short walk to main street and you could walk to harbor or take a cheap bike or motorbike cab. WiFi also worked well.

Found staff very helpful. Located close to the main strip for restaurants and bars and a cheap motorbike taxi away from bus station.

good and tranquil hostal which is in the center. When I arrived the owner asked if I wanted breakfast after a long bus ride from Cusco. It was greatly appreciated and sums up the hospitality of the hostal and the owner. Highly recommended to anyone that has had a long (and an overnight) bus trip. Perfect place for travellers wanting peace and quiet. The staff were really friendly and helped tours, advice and buses. The internet is free.

Nice staff, very helpfull finding tours and info. Too bad the room was freezing cold and the bathroom not cleaned at all and no toilet paper.

We liked everything about Inka's rest - friendly owners, comfortable rooms with hot showers, nice kitchen facilities, wifi :) We had a room on the third floor, which had a really nice living-room like lounge area, and free tea all day. We arranged two tours (nearby ruins and lake tour/homestay) and onward transport with them, and were really happy with everything. Would DEFINITELY recommend this place!

The hostel itself was okay, however, I was very disappointed in how irresponsible the staff was. Due to their mistake in booking the transportation, I nearly missed my flight. What really made me mad was their "it's none of my business" kind of attitude after they find out the transportation originally booked went wrong, they just couldn't careless even though that was their mistake.
