The land around is cultivated with an olive grove, a vineyard, raspberries, blackberries, other kind of fruit trees and a vegetable garden according to the rules of small scale organic farming, that is the main occupation of the owners.
Pets and animals can be kept in special places large and fenced. They cannot enter the room in any case.
