Very friendly and helpful staff; they gave us all the information we needed about the city. The hostel is really quirky, bright and comfortable and has everything you need. It is near to the metro and tram stops and is exteremely good value for money. I would reccommend this hostel to all. Ralph is lovely! Gave us a talk and map about the city on our first day. Had a great stay here as there were heaps of Australians. Great rooms, lots of space and nice bathrooms. The free breakfast is soo good! Be careful, there is no 24 hr reception, so make sure you give urself enough time to get there.Ralph is lovely! Gave us a talk and map about the city on our first day. Fantastic hostel. The owner Ralph was so incredibly helpful. Very clean rooms, two free computers with internet access, and one even had a skype phone. Breakfast was very good, free coffee/tea/bottled water and fresh fruit all day to enjoy. Great kitchen to make meals in. Location was very good. 10 minutes by taxi to train station, also easily accessed by metro. Great location for walking tours as is only 5 stops from the Brandenburg gate. Highly recommend this place. Ralph is very helpful and provides you with a good overview of the city when you arrive. Rooms are very stylish and modern. Great hostel, with a good location, near to one S Bahn, so it`s really easy to arrive and leave the hostel. The staff was really helpful, always answering any question that we had.
