We stayed for two nights, in two different rooms. The second room (21) was nicer than the first. I do not know whether it ordinarily goes for a higher rate. The staff and manager were friendly, the breakfast good and the facilities fine. It was good value for money, especially the room on the second night. One suggestion would be to leave a can of bug spray in each room so guests can take care of any mosquitos a couple of hours before bed. They did not seem to be slowed by the A/C, unusual

GOOD THINGS: 1) Super cheap 2) Clean 3) Peaceful 4) Owner is great 5) Mattress, AC and big nice room BAD THINGS: 1) There's no restaurant or market anywhere close and the hotel doesn't serve you food. 2) It's not located in St John as it says, it's 15 bus ride (or cab) 3) Yes, there are mosquitoes and little flies (but no bed bugs) Indeed, it's worth to stay there, since the closest hotel around it's 4 or 5 times more expensive...

Staff lovely, room view amazing. With a little more tlc this place would be out of reach for hostels! I would recommend to anyone definately.
