We arrived at the B&B to be informed that we were not booked in. This was after we had called ahead to confirm and was treated very poorly by the staff due to our age (we were all 20). When we tried to sort out the problem we couldnt talk to the owner who ignored us everytime he walked past.

Dear Aisling, Due to an administration error your booking had been misplaced and I am very sorry for the inconvenience. I spoke with two girls who were on duty at that night, and they did all to help you out, they did organise an alternative for you in other B&B with pick up. The owner was not ignoring you, he was just back to Ireland from home in Italy and had family party in our dining room. All staff of Innisfree house and myself are saying very sorry to you Aisling for this our administration error. Jurgita Mickeviciute the house manager
