I stayed in a 4 person room for 3 nights. Over the weekend, the hostel seemed crowded. In my room, there was barely enough walking space without luggage. 2 of the nights there were people up until 1 am chatting and playing music despite the 10:00 quiet time rule. The kitchen and common area were ok but the small size of the kitchen to accommodate the number of people staying was not adequate. Lastly, people were drinking in the lobby and smoking outside the door making it smell like smoke.

Forcing the 50 SEK (5 euros) charge upon visitors for linens is annoying and makes the hostel pricey, especially if staying in the hostel for only one night; the hostel is crowded and often unclean in the rooms and the common areas. There is a locked luggage room, but getting access to it is easy.

This was a strange place.. Mostly young peple with a few random old men staying as well. The dorms were insanely cramped. In a 6 bed there was about 1 meter by 2 meters (if that) not taken up by beds or furniture. The beds & doors squeaked like crazy. I have been traveling for three months and this was the most difficult hostel to sleep in that I have encountered so far. Not because of the other guests, just because the room was so small & hot & the walls were thin so you coud hear everything!

I was in 2 different 4-bed dorm rooms during my stay & both rooms did not have windows; there were fans to circulate the air, but it still starts to smell after a while. Good kitchen facilities. Wifi was good in all areas. Plenty of good showers & toilets. It can get very busy & crowded at check-in/check-out times as there is only 1 person at reception desk. I think it is ridiculous to offer free tea & coffee in the mornings with NO MILK !! Fairly good overall.

I wasn't crazy about this hostel, unfortunately. Everything was way more cramped than it usually is in hostels, and one night the staff came in yelling in my room in Russian. The bathrooms were inconveniently placed and not clean, and the vibes were really not pleasant over all. The layout of the rooms and the beds was also very uncomfortable and too many beds were crammed in one room. The lounge area and kitchen area was quite awkward -- and the location wasn't great either.

Common areas were nice and clean. In the sleeping room there was a carpet covering the whole floor containing quite a lot of dust and other dirt. That combined with a cold air fan that spread everything around in the air, and no window to get fresh air from made it hard to breathe in there. The beds were clean though, covers and pillow in good shape.

Dorm with 8 beds had no window and was about 15qm only. That was just too small. Hostel in general was dark, sticky and stinky. Far too small for the beds provided.

I have stayed in many hostels around the globe and this is one of the most overpacked I've been to. The common areas were cramped with people and the rooms even more. 6 beds (3x bunkbeds) were placed into a room of apx. 12 sqm with no window, but luckily a fan! This left little room for peoples belongings, so at the little floor space left, there were bags, clothes and the like all over the place. Accept for that everything was clean and the staff was nice.

All the decorations were trashy and didnt give the hostel and really personality. The WiFi didnt work sometimes.

We reached there in the evening around 6:00PM and the lady who was in the reception was not friendly at all. The room we got was not cleaned either, due to which we had to change the room. And the most irritating part was extra fee for the bedsheets pillow cover and the quilt cover which was very surprising to us since we had payed for the four bed room does that mean it only include empty bed?? It was like you have paid for the flight ticket but not for the seat.

Really nice people working there and very friendly ambience in the hostel. Really close to the main street and not so far from the central station. But not having a window in the bedroom was really a bad point. I know that it's warned on the reservation, but we thought it wouldn't be so bad. The room was too hot. We needed to sleep with a fan all night.

No window, very hot. Extremely uncomfortable in that room.

The comments about this hostel are pretty much right. The whole building smells weird and has an uncomfortable feel to it. The people that were staying there were just really strange. The girl at the desk was incompetent. The smoke alarm went off around 9:15 in the evening and she didn't know how to turn it off. It took more than an hour for it to finally go off by itself. It was cheap and the location was decent, but I would not stay here again and would rather pay more for a better place.

The common areas weren't as good as previous hostels I've been to but there was a mew friendly attitude overall. Dorm room doors were often open and the occupants talking.

There were way too many people crammed into such a small space. It was hard to move around to even make the bed or get something from your bag. It was made worse by the heat! I will say that it had nice decorations but it was not very clean and had a bad smell. I would not stay there again

A lot can easily be done to improve this hostel. The bare minimum is provided and the staff seemed rather unfriendly at best. Additionally, this hostel is a long walk from most attractions. I would recommend searching for a better location.

Overall a good place to stay. Decently reliable wifi, fair sized lockers in the room and a luggage storage room that's always locked and somewhat monitored. The only bullshit is having to pay for sheets but most places in Stockholm will require that. Oh and the front desk staff was extremely cold and not at all welcoming. After a long day of traveling definitely not the type of people you want to speak with.
