It was a fourstar-hotel! Big problem in Salta, the hostel was full and I like the money paid back. Very difficult to find another one because of a rockconcert this weekend.

When we arrived, they didn\\\'t have room despite our reservation. They moved us across the street to another hotel, the Aspen Hotel that had average rooms but a dirty pool. The staff at this hotel and the new one spoke no English. We explained that we needed a ride to the airport at 5am but were told it needed to be 4:30 then they changed it to 4am. Then at 2am they phoned our room and rudely said that we had to catch a ride for 3am instead.
