About International House Istanbul
We are 3 friends who were room mates at a big hostel in Philadelphia.. It was a great dorm with many international people.. We spent a great time there with many many good friends. Then we moved to Barcelona, and we shared a house :) It was the same life, many friends and one happy house.
Then we moved to Turkey, 2 turkish and 1 american guy. We lived in the same city, but not in the same place.. BUT ihouse made it. We are under the same roof again.. And here we are, waiting for our friends to come and visit our happy house!
Location
We are located just 50 meters from Taksim square, Istanbul's main square and its heart and soul. Here you can find direct and easy transportation to and from the airports and the cities historical areas. This is also the center of nightlife with thousands of bars, restaurants, cafe's and clubs. We are also right around the corner from most of the cities vegetarian restaurants.
Rooms
Affordable, stylish, secure and clean, we offer spacious double and single rooms with private bathrooms, as well as dorms with secure lockers. When you're feeling social you can hangout in our lounge anytime, enjoying free tea, or hangout on our rooftop terrace.
Staff and services
Here at International House we are all friends working together to make your time in Istanbul as fun, safe, and comfortable as possible. We offer free linens as well as free internet, and we are open 24 hours. On Friday and Saturday nights we all go out together to enjoy the cities great nightlife, and guests are welcome to join!
