Great price, great place in central London. Beds are extremely uncomfortable and the walls are really thin, but the place is clean and central with great facilities. service of receptionists was terrible!! I booked a 4-bed en-suite room and on arrival I was allocated to an 8-bed dorm. When I talked to the receptionist I was told "That room won't accommodate more than 4!"and I had to use the shared bathroom with the en-suite room price I paid. Bed sheet was stained and extremely crumpled. And no socket in the room (in case you wanna recharge your camera or phone)! great location just in front of the tube station, easy to reach...24 hours reception which is good if your flight is delayed as mine :-), but there are no lockers in the room except for a small safety box where u can put only money in there, and they make u pay all the extras (no free wi-fi, u pay for the internet, if u leave your luggage there after u check out, breakfast is included but with a voucher of 2,30 pounds and if u want more things u pay). It has an excellent location. There are two markets close to the hostel and they have microwaves on each floor so you can prepare your food. I would definitely stay there again and I recommend it to who is going to London.It has an excellent location. We were very positively surprised! The four bed room was a good size. The staff was very helpful and super sweet. The breakfast is okay, but maybe a bit too small. the bar is nice and there are many eve events. I would stay there again. :)We were very positively surprised! The four bed room was a good size.
