Nice hostel, great location, right next to a station. However the facilities were very poor, the bathroom was a three tiny shower room, and two toilets for three ten-bed dorms at least on different floors. People on the lower floor had to walk up the stairs each time they needed the toilet or shower. Staff were nice and friendly but very clueless when it came to telling me where to find maps, locations, or even what I might be able to do in London, etc. Overall nice place, but won't stay again.

Nice place. I recommend it. I did sleep in 10 bed dorm. It wasn't that easy to sleep there because of others comming there in night time, but otherways it was okay to stay there for couple nights.

It was fine for a quick night, with a very good location and good bedding. The bunk-curtain and electrical sockets were good. Free breakfast voucher good, I had sausage, coffee and egg. Padlock deposit at £20 was rather high, but security/doors etc good. Very friendly and helpful staff. The place badly needs a shower & toilet for the basement dorms because I could only see a row of sinks. Worth a short stay, but phone to ask about facilities first.

The 10£ of caution for your key are not paying back if you are not able to give it back before 10 am check-out (even if it's 10.30). An easy way to do buisness but not fair.

Nice staff and great location, the doorms were very nice and cleaned every day, too bad the bathrooms were poorly cleaned. overall it´s a good hostel compared to the price for the rooms.

They were very well organized but there is only 15 min of internet and the girls room is in the basement - kind of sketch. It was nice because there were sinks in the room and curtains for the bunks but the bathrooms were a floor above and there were only three showers. All in all I would stay there again because it was relatively quiet for sleeping and good location.

Bathrooms for men's dorms could be improved, always dirty and one shower handle broken. Otherwise enjoyed the stay, loved location

due to current construction it was difficult to find the bar and have fun! eventually had a great night there though. Showers for dorm really small, need some new ones!

The beds were clean. I was able to lock away my entire backpack so I was happy about that. As it was a mixed dorm, the other girls were very rude and disrespectful (blow-drying their hair at 11pm!).
