We booked a room for 3 people and the booking details clearly said "ensuite". It turned out that our room was not "ensuite" at all and the manager said there was a mistake on the web-site. The bathroom was pretty shabby and not clean. The room itself was OK(apart from the lock which sometimes took quite a while to unlock).
