I always enjoy my stay at the hostel Yaroslav, and I have recommended it to many friends. Dorms are always clean and stuff are always helpful!

very nice room, good location, wifi in room, only counterpart was the kitchen 2 floors away, but it wasn't a serious problem, i recommend it to everybody

i enjoyed staying at the hostel, but mostly because my friends were there. though i liked my private room, which was rather big, clean, spacious and cosy. minus is absence of TV set in the room. as well the kitchen closes in 12 p.m. and opens at 7 a.m. which is not very comfortable in case if you have a wish to drink some tea after some late party.

Very good place to stay. Rooms are big, there were two armchairs and a table in my 4-beds . Locked cupboards in rooms, safe at the reception. Five minutes walk from metro station, shops are round the corner, main market of district is 10 minutes walk. There were some stains on wall or a bit nasty pieces of wallpapers, but it's nothing to complain in post-USSR locations :). The common room shared with reception, not the best solution. Kitchen with dishes, kettle, microwave, fridge and stove.

The host was very happy to tell me about different shops and restaurants in the neighborhood and anything I needed. He was especially helpful in getting me to the airport at a very early hour, making sure I was awake at 3:30am and driving me there (for a fee that we negotiated). I really appreciated his help!

I like this hostel. Our room was large and clean. WIFI works 24 hours without any problem. Staff is friendly. It is very close to the city center. Stay here!!!!

booked a twin for a single night The man on the reception was quite unwelcoming, upon our arrival he charged us 20 UAH more than what was planned upon reservation. The room had high ceiling and large windows, but it was unclear when the floor had been cleaned for the last time. Used pillows and no pillow case. Shower not better, half-broken glass enclosure. Anyway, the neighborhood is quite pleasant, with some cool places to have a lunch/drink.
