Location is hard to find in case you do not know anything about Sofia, but they can arrange pickup service. The staff in the hotel was nice, and the room was cozy. Also it is in the nice location very close to the open market, which is worth visit.

Excellent central location and smiling,helpfull staff. Our double room with shared facilities looked "tired",but ,still, very clean. For the first 2 nights of our stay we had difficulties getting a good night's sleep, due to the loud music coming from the irish pub situated on the 1st floor.

The staff were really great, happy to share experiences, tips, etc. the hostel is very well located-rarely more than 15-20min walk from most place, if that! But the hostel was cold-the shower had a set temperature that was warm at best and with no pressure. Plus the bathroom window was open meaning it felt colder and always had a breeze (not good in the winter). One nit the lock broke,and although we were secure inside it meant going out later was a problem as we didn't have keys.

Hostel was very good, location excellent, easy to reach everything in Sofia downtown.
