This hotel was pretty good value for money. We originally booked a twin room but were given a triple room that had views of the lake. The hotel booked our lake tour as well as our bus to Arequipa. The only minor issue was the shower - the hot water was a bit temperamental but nothing we couldn't put up with for 2 nights.

A bit drab but excellent staff who were very understanding with a family issue that we were having at the time and offered a welcome solution at no extra cost. Comfortable and warm beds. Showers took a long time to warm up though, and rooms could be a bit cold. If they were able to resolve these two issues it would be perfect.
