Property Information:
We offer foreign students a modern and innovative residence, located in the city of Cordoba, Argentina just a few steps from campus and downtown, that provides a comfortable place to both live and study. We also aim at promoting and developing cross-cultural experiences that enrich each student's individual and collective training during their stay in the city of Cordoba.
Our goals include not only accommodation but also the sharing of Argentina's cultural traits for which we offer folk dance performances, tango classes, traditional foods, sports, and literary, artistic and drama meetings.
Our facilities include:
Free Wi-Fi Internet access throughout the building and free computer access available for resident use. A 640 square meter garden with a swimming pool and a thatched barbecue area with a traditional clay oven. Central heating and fans. A fully equipped self-catering kitchen with a breakfast table. Dinning room and lounge. 2 cable TVs. 2 token-operated washing machines.2 large fridges.A study room and verandah for relaxing.Cleaning service of common areas three times per week and a telephone for resident incoming calls.
Please Note:
On arrival at the residence, a copy of the Passport must be submitted and the check in form must be filled in.
Cancellation Policy: 3 days, late cancellations an no shows will be charged the amount of the first night
Each resident will be issued a residence's front door key and a room key. In the event of loss, residents must replace the lost key
Cash only accepted as payment upon arrival
