Fantastic place. Staff were extremely friendly and understanding. Very helpful and always knew everyone's name (a nice touch) Beds were great and entire hostel impeccably clean. Great location and very secure with police station next block.

Very good hostel experience... As a solo traveller, I always seek for hostels with common areas where people can meet and have a beer.. This one has really cheap beer in their in-house bar, which is definitely a plus... Everything was really clean and the staff willing to help in everything that was asked... Another plus is that they have a small tourist info office on-site The free breakfast was OK, it could at least include water, but whatever... I really recommend this hostel!

When we were sleeping it felt like New York outside with all the honking of cars. I sleep like a log but that's what my friends said.

While the hot showers were the BEST we've ever had on this trip, the noise level from our room made it difficult to sleep at night. The fact that the door to our dorm was next to the bar and the door wouldn't close properly made it less than pleasant. The staff were lovely though...and the location was pretty convenient.

Too noisy at night in the public area.if your bed is close to that public area, you won't have a good sleep

Nice private rooms. Shared bathrooms are quite far away and a walk outside in cold. No decent indoor common areas, everything is in a outdoor courtyard and we were constantly cold. There were gas heaters and a fire pit but we're never used/ turned on.

Awesome vibes, comfy beds, good location. One of the best hostels I've stayed at!

Pros; nice original restored colonial building. Feels safe. Good to meet people, big supermarket 2 mins away Cons; dining area, pool table and kitchen all in one area (outside under a shelter) so always feels busy and can be noisy at night. No one cleaned our room in 5 days of staying there despite me asking. Our feather duvet was falling apart. One staff member told us not to use the staff stove (rightly so as the gas flame was a foot high! ) but then maybe put a sign up?

Overall a good hostel, location is a little bit of a trek from the main square but is conveniently 1 block away from a grocery store. Only concern we had was that when we arrived at 9 PM, exhausted after our four day Inca trek our private room was not ready. We had to wait while the staff cleaned it. Also, we were told that while the hostel provides clean sheets with every use they only wash the blankets once every few months. Shared bathrooms appeared very clean however, and lots of hot water.

Great hostel. Some of the comfiest hostel beds I´ve experienced, hot showers WITH water pressure, great breakfast (includes an egg and yogurt/cereal), big lockers and solid wifi. The location is perfect, just a few blocks from the main square and the staff are really cool and helpful. The drinks at the bar are cheap (hostel drinks are usually so over-priced) and on top of that they do a different food or drink special every night. If I come back to Cusco, I´ll be staying at Intro again.

Nice place. It's a really beautiful old building with a courtyard which is the main common area. Great when the weather is good but chilly when it's not. The girls bathrooms were always pretty clean and the beds were comfy.

Awesome atmosphere, in a relatively quiet hostel. There is plenty of opportunity to either party or chill out. The room I was in was quite spacious and had all the facilities one could hope for. I found he staff to be incredibly helpful as well.
