The staff was Absolutely great!, They had full house but still called me by my name, i really felt like in home!

The hostel seems very new. The bathrooms were very clean and there are a hot shower. We had a room with 8 beds and it was clean and big enough. The breakfast was ok, like in every hostel, but the athmosphere of this hostel is very nice, like a little village inside. The staff at the reception was very helpful with the tour to machu picchu and everything else. I really would recommend that hostel.

Good hostel with nice social area. Staff very helpful and friendly. Near the main plaza and supermarket. Kitchen outside and not very well equipped but ok. Annoyed us when the staff used the only 2 burners to cook and made the guests wait until they had finished. Breakfast included was bread and a tiny fried egg. Good hot drinks available all day. Beds in dorms comfy.

Overall: Nice quiet place to stay before a trek. Definitely not a party hostel. Few blocks from main square. Staff was super friendly! || Rooms: Rooms were nice. Bathrooms were cleaned multiple times per day. No issue with getting hot water. || Security: Could use some extra security at the door and with bag storage. || Internet: Wifi was ok, though router had to be reset multiple times per day. || Other: Lockers with internal plugs in the main courtyard area.

wonderful place, it is like walking into a temple for chilling out and talking to people! the open area makes it very easy to connect with others and the bar is comfortable if you want to hide from the chilly nights (even though the fire helps too :) ). the staff is always smiley and helpful. beds are all new and the whole place is perfectly clean thanks to Felicia and Juanita :) kitchen and bathroom are very good. most people extend their stay or come back so it says it all!

Great hostel!!!..Staff are really friendly and speak perfect English. Bar area was great for meeting new people and dorms are far enough away that you can get a decent night's sleep if you want. Location is also great, very close to the plaza de armas.

This is a lovely old building with outstanding staff. One of, if not the best I have stayed at. Recommend.

This hostel was a bit empty when I was there - and I think YOU should change that, because it's a beautiful place. The people working at the hostel are absolutely amiable and will make a point of getting you to know. It's a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. There are opportunities to get in touch with people, without parties every night. Internet PC worked and WIFI was fast enough for skype. In the low season you may well book the 14-bed dorm and still get a calm place to sleep.

Great breakfast, it was great that they stored our bags before we went to the airport. Organized a sacred valley tour for us, which was really easy on us. Awesome view from our private room. The showers sometimes went from scalding to freezing, but overall lots of room in the washroom.

Fantastic hostel, we loved our time here but one big point to improve... The playlist played at the bar was incredibly repetitive. We didn't like that the same music was played all day everyday. Also it would be nice to have more info on the city available in the reception eg. flyers, posters etc. Also fix the second computer.

Hola! thanks. You are right, we are working on the playlist and on an Introduction list of must do things in Cusco to give at check in. Regarding the computer yes, someone dropped water inside it but its fixed now. Hope you have a great trip
