It is located at a very busy intersection so horns honk all night.

Laundry by hostel is pricey. Laundry down the street called Bubble Magic overweighs by 1kg for your laundry. Do your laundry elsewhere. This is one of few hostels in Cusco that offer free egg for breakfast. The dorm room facing the street gets loud by 7am during weekdays. WiFi is wonky as usual, just like any other hostels in this area. Staff are friendly and helpful. No frills check in and check out. Free and spacious luggage storage. Receptionist is available 24 hours.

I had a great stay at this hostel. The staff are really friendly and helpful, for example chasing up a tour company for me when they failed to collect me. They also speak brilliant English which I was very grateful for. I found the hostel to have a friendly and sociable atmosphere and easy to meet people but still quiet enough to sleep at night. The hot showers were amazing and the hostel seemed to constantly being cleaned. Breakfast was pretty basic but fine. Location was great.

Great hostel with lovely private rooms. Showers were hot and Wi-Fi worked great! Lovely hang out area with camp fire in evening. Always a bit of music on in background for atmosphere with a cool little bar for drinks as well! Would definitely stay again and highly recommend. Not a party hostel!

Really nice hostel with eveything you need! Great location, clean, nice common areas and comfortable! Breakfast includes egg too! Great hostel if you want to avoid the manic party ones but still be social!

Great place. The night receptionist was so patient and helpful. I was a bit of a mess when I arrived and he was great. Loved this hostel! The fire pit was perfect at night, and even better to catch sun on a lazy day recovering from Machu Piccu.

We had a great time staying at Intro around our Machu Picchu trip The cleaning staff were dedicated like no other! The cocktail barmaid and barman were both grear and reception made us feel welcome also. The blankets and whatnot on the beds were good although the outdoor heaters werent used when they wouldve been appreciated during our stay.

Just an all-around good backpacker hostel. A cool old building remodeled with a main common area in the center of the property. Rooms are spacious and there are outlets and lamps above the beds. Hot showers with good pressure. Breakfast in Peru and most of South America is very light, but tasty.

Very nice cool hostel all you need as a backpacker and you can book inca trails etc from the reception. A bit pricey is probably the only downfall and showers were not always hot.

Very nice and clean place to stay. Met a lot of very nice travelers there. Breakfast ist good, and the kitchen is well stocked so that you can cook your own dinner. Additionally, the hostel offers each nicht a dinner and a drink for 17 sol. Altogether a highly recommended hostel!

Nice hostel and lovely staff. Enjoyed my stay here. The pool table is not good, better remove it and get some comfortable seats. Stools are not very comfortable to sit on.

Clean place and the bed were comfy. The tour agency person helped us booked our tickets etc. wifi worked great and they have consistent hot water. will definitely come back!

Good hostal overall with a nice atmosphere. A good breakfast was included. However the door to our dorm room was in very poor condition, combined with a loosely/non imposed curfew in the common area lead to excessive noise for the time of night.

Perfect hostel! Good location, lovely courtyard with a great bar and fire-pit. Very cheap, tasty food...something different every night, so a great way to eat cheap in Cusco. Hot showers and comfy beds. Don't have a bad word to say about the place! (Also, can highly recommend the massage place which advertises at the front desk!)

Good hostel, nice beds, nice atmosphere, good facilities, 10 minute walk from centre, supermarket basically next door but staff got beds and booking mixed up.

Great atmosphere! Fantastic outdoor area with fire place at night or sunny brèakfast courtyardin the morn. Breakfast is a bit minimal but extra items can be ordered for reasonable prices. It's very clean and yes, the endless hot showers are fantastic! Also there are great warm doonas on the beds! I'm going back there!
