There are 2 bathrooms per 1 floor but 1 of them is out of order. Moreover, there is no hot water in shower.

Has most things right, though 10am checkout is too early and every morning with no minute to spare they were kicking people bang on 10. Staff got very angry at a group taking too long and was a complete over-reaction. Chill the f-out. "I'm gonna have to get the manager and you dont want that". Felt like schoolroom. Showers are not great and both were damaged on top floor. Great kitchen and common room. Lockers are TERRIBLE You can still open them with most locks on. Relax on kitchen closing time

The only staff member we interacted with was very friendly and nice. There were no bed sheets and the pillows and duvets left much to be desired. The toilets and showers were just very dirty and inconvenient. Hope you guys will take this comment in good stead and do something to improve it.

It's a nice place. The toilets could perhaps be a bit 'fresher'. I know the staff are doing the best to keep it under control! But overall very good value for about £11 per night on average, one of the cheapest places I've stayed at. Nice touch having a TV with Sky as well.

Recommend this hostel - especially considering the price! Staff was mostly nowhere to be found but that's the only thing I can complain about.

I stayed one night at Inverness tourist hotel. Couse of the terrible beds i didnt slept at all (had no problem with the other 4 hostels i've been too. Too soft and really really unstable! The kitchen didnt opend before 08:00, i had 10 minutes too make breakfast and eat before my bus left the city!! Not fun at all. Dosn't matters if its clean and you get free tea, milk and cofee, when u can't get any sleep!

Roll out of bed and there's the bus station, about a 10 min walk to the castle/ city centre. Staff were really nice, helpful and friendly and willing to go the extra mile. Kitchen had everything you could ever wish for. Free teas and coffees too. Fast wifi. Rooms had a dimmer switch :] could have been cleaner but nothing outrageous. Recommended for sure :]

It was my first experience with a hostel and I couldn't have asked for more. The staff were so friendly. They took you in to their conversation and made you feel at home. I will definitely be recommending this hostel to my friends!

I honestly could not imagine that a backpackers hostel would have been so CLEAN (the bathroom was checked every two hours!), comfortable and safe...for something like 10£ per night! The location was perfect, free wi-fi and the common room was full of facilities. Friendly and available staff and also...I noticed that they tried to fill a 4bed mixed room, trying not to let single travellers (especially women) feel unconfortable: similar nationalities, majority of women..excellent, really!

Pretty basic accommodation. Some of the rooms could have done with a decent clean, other than that the place was fine

I had a great three days here! The people and staff were awsome to get to know. It was so close to everything with the bus station being 30 seconds away. I will be returning!

Would definitely recommend this hostel! Excellent location, so close to the bus station. Rooms had good beds and lockers, staff were friendly and helpful. Showers and bathrooms were cleaned every few hours. Loved it

Tiny rooms, not even a cupboard for clothes in the rooms. The beds were fine but there was mould on the walls and the paintwork was falling off. The kitchen was alright, so was the living room. The showers were fairly clean, but you only had warm water in one of them (at least at our floor, don't know about the rest). Staff was really nice and helpful, though. I know, it's just a hostel and I do not expect luxury, but even the cheapest hostel I ever stayed in was better equipped and cleaner!

Heating didn't work (-2° outside), holes in the floor, very tiny kitchen with not enough tables and chaired, there was a very bad smell throughout the whole three days, it was dirty (e.g. in the toilets there were the same towels for three days), there was never milk or tea
