Well, the location is really good, just beside the station, quite convenient. But the hostel is not that comfortable because the room is quite small, and the heater is useless so the room is kind of cold. Not very clean comparing to other hostel I have paid a visit.

The location was good and it was cheap but it was very smelly everywhere. The bed linen were really ugly and smelled like they haven´t seen a wasching mashine for a long time. The character and atmosphere were very poor as well and I think I was the only person under 50 years in that hostel. It´s def not for young people.

It would be great if the heating could be set higher to make the place warmer.

I was told that resorption was open between 8am&11pm if I need 2 leave earlier I needed 2 tell them the night before & they would give me back my $10 key deposit. the night before I left I went to 4 time & it was closed each time I deiced to cut my loses with the $10 & put the key under the door as per the sign on the door Later that day I get a email telling me I did not return the key and they wanted me to send it back ASAP Even though their records show they still had my deposit

It was Freezing at least Room number 5! and the living room has a termometer and never rises the 13º! I prefer to pay more rather than bear this cold. Yes I am spanish, so we are not very used to this cold inside a building.

Great staff, very helpful!!! But the room was cold, and the showers didn't work the day we stayed there. I would recommend this hostel anyway for the atmosphere, the location and the prices!

We stayed 5 nights in a 4 bed dorm during which time 4 other travellers passed through the other two bunks. The sheets were not changed at all in-between visitors. Only sprayed with fabric freshener and the blankets and pillows repositioned. Is super cheap and in a great location, with a great kitchen. Showers not always hot and no water pressure. Literally a stones throw from the bus stop, would recommend on a budget, BYO sleep sheet.

I stayed in this hostel for the second time. Staff was nice, and really impressed me. Perfect location. Just the bunk was shaky and room space a bit limited.

Stayed there for one night, nice hostel and generally clean (although the floors were a bit sticky). The staff was friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable, the rooms had a good size. We only paid £10 so it was definitely worth the money!

The location is a big down side, but to be fair, Inverness is not a great location. Hostel was clean, but rooms were very small. It's fine to spend a night on the go, but I would not recommend for longer stays.

Great Hostel! Good location close to the inner city and bus station, clean and bright rooms (although a bit small). The kitchen is wonderful and there's even free milk for everyone. The employees are friendly and funny. I especially liked the movie-night on sunday, with free popcorn and drinks and lots of fun!

It is a nice hostel with excellent staff. The value for money is top and you are really close to the bus and train station. Anyone who is complaining about this hostel should better go to a hostel that is more expensive, but I think you don't get a better value for your money as you get here! All you backpackers! Go there and enjoy the atmosphere and staff!
