Inverness Youth Hostel Reviews

The bed was the most uncomfortable bed i have ever slept in. Not enough lockers for people staying in the room, two lockers for a room of four. Staff were not very friendly and even got annoyed when i tried to buy internet time. It was really clean and has a great kitchen.

Nice location, really closed to the centre. Very bad description on the site regarding how to arrive at destination.

Fairly close to everything, helpful friendly staff (were able to get me an extra night when Hostelworld said it was booked out), warm spacious showers, quiet (which is good as the bus station hostel was noisy), night porter was handy as I had to arrive at midnight, the pub around the corner was nice. Seemed to attract an older crowd though which meant I had snorers, and the whole place lacked a bit of atmosphere.

A very big hostel, not fun at all, but you have everything you need in an hostel (a bed, with private lamp, a kitchen, internet in the hall, ...), it's very clean, and the staff is quite nice. There is nothing near, but it's not far from the center of Inverness (5 min walk).
