Very good location on tram lines. Staff pleasant but not always good enough in English. Facilities could be improved: table knives, toaster, bed tables and lamps. Good to have some videos to watch.
Basic cleaning but could be more thorough.

perhaps a little cramped but well organised and with excellent staff.
Good bathroom and kitchen. Being an apartment it's probably difficult to install an extra separate WC (which it, like most aprtment hostels, needs)
Would I stay there again? Absolutely!

excelent location and very helpfully staff, good choice for short stay at Irkutsk and good start point to lake Baikal.
