Rude, unhelpful, dishonest receptionists. Especially if you stayed longer when they get suspicious and tired of you .Like me being asked to leave suddenly after my staying for one month without harming anything in the hostel. 1.terrible reading area in the basement :poor lightening ,airless ,noise from ground... 2.Room is always too hot or too cold 3.kichen is tiny ,messy and always missing cooking ware However: 1.in the weekends ,crazy and great parties by some latinos 2.great locatio

Because Issacs is so large, they can offer good amenities and services, unfortunately this also means its pretty loud. All in all, I had a decent experience though.

this hostel is fairly good and really cheap. the bathrooms are pretty clean. but i would like to suggest they put lockers inside the rooms. they only have lockers in the basement and that is really inconvenient plus not safe.

I really enjoyed staying at Isaacs Hostel. The staff was so helpful and there is someone at the desk 24 hours a day. There were lockers to keep your bags in and the guests were all young and very into partying! Overall it was a really great stay. I would definitely stay there again.

AWESOME stay. First hostel experience and it surpassed all of my expectations. Clean showers, friendly and helpful staff. Social atmosphere, which is what we wanted. Great time.

Staff and atmosphere was great! Perfect place so for the younger generation to stay and meet others. The staff was extremely helpful and dealt with an issue that occurred very professionally!

The staff were extremely knowledgeable and helpful! Also the hostel is only about a 10 minute walk from a ton of great restaurants and pubs! Plus there were plenty of hot showers, never had to wait for one all three days!

In overall it was a nice, clean hostel, very reasonable price. However, the internet connection was really bad, they should work on this. Plus, the room was a bit cold.

Good experience. Low price, convenient location, standard breakfast, clean. Some improvements would be adding more power outlets in each room, free lockers, and offering free airport shuttle like Paddy's Palace (next door) does. Since it is located conveniently, there is also noise at night, especially with the train. Earplugs work well.

I have been many other hotels before, some of them were freshly renovated or newly built. But Isaacs Hostel was one of the best places I have ever stayed, way better than I expected. I got what I wanted, a hostel with good location, good athmosphere, valuable for the money. I'm surely gonna go back if I ever visit Ireland again.

The Hostel is quite Big and in the center of dublin. The things i missed most where that there where way too less power outlets in the Dorm Room (16 Bed Male).

Staff were a solid bunch of characters, always friendly and giving a bit of banter. Felt very cosmopolitan with so many people from so many different places, was interesting to talk to everyone. Only gripe is that the showers rarely had enough hot water. Amazing hostel otherwise

The Wifi only works in the lobby & basement and cuts out frequently, so depending on how long you're there it could be a nuisance. Our floor had one shower/toilet outside of our dorm and then 3 of each down the hall. I found in the morning showers were hard to get and was sometimes busy in the toilets, but nothing major! The atmosphere and awesome people I met tehre made up for any flaws though!
