From the terminal in Panama, buses run frequently to Sabanitas, where you can take another bus towards La Guaira (the town closest to Big Island). You can also order a taxi or travel by train to Columbus. You get to Isla Grande Hostel (5 min) with motorized boats available throughout the day. Buses return from La Guaira at 8 and 9 am and 1 pm
