This hostel feels more like a hotel than a hostel, really good value for your money. Especially if you're a group travelling

We arrived at the hotel after an 11 hour drive from Sydney, only to be informed that the 4 bedroom dorm was going to costs us an additional $19 each for a membership that only Australian's had to pay for (I could get a decent hotel room for the price combined). Staff were quite rude, and not helpful at all. Rooms had no ventilation and were hotter than outside. Room was rundown. Location was good, but would never stay here again.

Good stay in the heart of Surfers. NB if staying in the backpackers there is no parking provided by the hotel at weekends. So if you're not arriving by public transport could have a bit of difficulty. Nice location and good value for money.

When first checking into the room it was an absolute tip as had not yet been cleaned so first impressions were not good, the whole hostel side of building is so run down! Snot on the walls, toilet doesnt flush

Stayed in both dorm and double room. Double was nice, and fan was adequate for 2 people in the room. Little too hot in the dorm though. Facilities was very good, but don't expect to get a parking space if in the backpacker side. The only thing that really let the place down is that you have to rent delph and cutlery, and carry them back and forth to your room. There must be a problem with theft from the kitchen!

The only good item about this resort is the location. We booked to stay 3nights but checked out one day earlier. We had initially booked this place based on reviews but this place did not live up to its reviews. The pictures of the hostel were in fact of the hotel.Says parking is included but when we arrived parking was only for hotel guests. The room was extremely warm with only a small fan in it, and there were mosquitos in the room as the bathroom window has a permanent gap in it.Not cleanist

Good place near beach. Good rooms, exept from our carpet that had a terrible smell of pee. Kitchen was okey, bad space and the fridge was discusting. Othervise good. Likes the balcony on the room!

It was a very good accomodation in the heart of Surfers Paradise no far from the main attraction and beach, simple and useful hostel/hotel.

Not too bad a place. Had originally booked a 4bd female room but changed to double as the room was a state. Not fault of hotel but was money I didn't want to spend. Good location but need to upgrade showers for people who are taller than 5"5"

Is verg dirty, and old!

It's a big hostel but it wasn't very busy when I've been there so I was upgraded to a 4bed dorm and I had that one by my self for the first night. The kitchen is clean but the fridge was very dirty. The stuff was alright.. I enjoyed the pool, that was very nice. All in all a nice hostel close to the greyhound station, the beach and the city.

Really good location. Difficult facilities which made you enjoy staying there.
