At first i thought it's more like a hostel as others, but turns out we got a room like a little hotel, the place is a bit surprised me at first, seems like not easy to get along, but then the night market and bus station is not far and you can just take their bike, no extra fee! We only stay for 1 night and if we've got time we really wanna stay more nights!! You will never get bored, for so many facilities like table tennis, skateboard, board games, books (chinese n eng), big place movie night
Is a great place to stay. However, it will be better if the heater for the water work well. It is a pain that need to bath cold on a cold day.
The hostel itself is quite far from many of the main attractions as you will need to take coach buses to access them. The hostel does provide bikes (not the best), but you can bike around Puli on them. Also, if you arrive on the right night you can visit the night market down the street from the hostel. No need to worry about finding food as within a few minutes walking will have you near a grocery store, McDonald's and a few other restaurants in the area.
Loved the peaceful atmosphere albeit the place being a little out of the way. Staff were always ready to offer assistance. (:
Nice hostel with wonderful view n atmosphere. The 2 girl staff are very nice n friendly. I was there for a bike trip to Sun moon lake n Wuling, alone. It is appreciated that they upgraded me to a twin bed room from 6 bed room so that I can keep my bike n accessories safely. Free bikes are available, so i can slowly travel around Puli town without transportation cost. Room is clean n tidy, sunset view on the balcony is brilliant!

The ladies were very nice, even offered to drop our luggages off to bus station since we had quite a few, and the facility is some distance away from the station.
location far from city, need transport to the hostel
The lady working there had a big knowledge about the area. Free bycikles top rent gave the option to discover the surroundings easily. Bad that they did not offer any breakfast like most oft Taiwan hostels, so Im had to go by bike for it. Because the dorm was full-booked a got a single room for the dorm price. Hostel is a bit outside the city what makes is a quite place with fields around. It´s easy to find because there are provided road signs.
