This is my second time staying in Harmony and it was again an absolute pleasure again. It's the perfect location for anyone visiting Istanbul for the first time and it was very safe as a single female traveller. The hostel owners were incredibly helpful and gave lots of advice on trips and where to go. The rooftop bar is absolutely great for talking to other travellers and the breakfast was Lovely. The shops and restaurnts around the hostel are expensive though just to be aware!

The location was awesome and the hostel seems well kept. It was great to not be in bunk beds for a change and the bathrooms in our room (female dorm) were probably the nicest out of the two weeks I spent in the country. The terrace is great, too! And the cherry jam at breakfast had everyone raving! haha The staff is super friendly and helpful and made the stay even more enjoyable! Will totally stay there again when I'm back!

Had a fantastic stay at Harmony Hostel-I stayed the night before joining a tour and liked it so much I booked a second night there afterwards. The staff were amazing, incredibly accommodating, providing apple tea all day, offering a BBQ dinner while I stayed that was a hit, bringing out the shisha, joining us for a drink and providing a pretty decent breakfast. Mahmood took care of the guests brilliantly! The terrace was the highlight, great views. I would definitely stay here again.

I really enjoyed my stay here. Staff and fellow travellers were very friendly and were a highlight of my Istanbul trip. You couldn't really get closer to the tourist attractions and the dinners they put on every two nights are tasty and great value. Awesome views from the social area on the roof as well. I'll be back if visiting Istanbul again.

Very much liked this hostel. One of my favorites that I have been to. The balcony is amazing; great view and a great spot to hang out. The BBQs are fantastic--go to them. And also the internet was available in my room, not just in the balcony and I was a few floors down from the balcony. Highly recommend this hostel. If I was ever in Istanbul again, I would stay here.

This hostel has a great atmosphere. The terrace is a great common room, some days you even get to have fish barbacue! Great staff, very friendly and helpful. It's the perfect compromise between party hostel and a quiet one. Meaning if you feel like partying somebody will go out for sure, but if you need to relax you can stay on the pillows on the terrace.

I had a wonderful time at Harmony Hostel! The staff were friendly, the luggage storage in the rooms was fantastıc (beds lifted up wıth storage underneath), the roof top patıo was awesome, and you couldn`t have asked for a more perfect location. Only a few minutes walk to Sultanamet and only a few more to the bazaar. And right on the LRT to the airport. Also tons of great people. I will defınıtely be back.

Harmony Hostel was one of the highlights of My stay in Istanbul. The location of the hostel is on the main road in the old city and right near a tram stop! The staff at the hostel are incredibly welcoming and friendly who will make your stay memorable =) Like all great hostels, Harmony has a rooftop which is perfect for chilling with all the other guests with a view of Eye of Sophia. If you are staying at this hostel you must partake in the BBQs that the staff put on for amazing food!

Very friendly staff, nice and social atmosphere, lovely rooftop and common area. Good location if you want to be close to the main sights and don't mind to be in a very touristy area.

Enjoyed the stay at the hostel. The staff were friendly, comfortable accommodation and enjoyed the atmosphere and the company of the other guests immensely. One criticism could be the quantity of the portions at breakfast, but when compared to other hostel breakfasts, it was of a very good quality. Will stay there should I ever return to Instanbul.

Awesome hostel. Godwin and Mahmood do an excellent job in creating a fun and inviting atmosphere. The room setup is good, and the hostel is only a 5 -10 minute wall from the Hagia Sophia and Blue Mosque. The staff is very helpful in giving advice about Istanbul. The area is also near numerous restaurants and shops, as well as the tram station. Would definitely recommend this hostel!

This is the place to stay if you're ever in Istanbul! Fun and helpful staff, clean comfy rooms, and a nice lounge and rooftop terrace to chill out with a nice cup of warm tea and a great view of the Bosphorus! The awesome staff even cooked up a delicious bbq to share with guests staying at the hostel. How cool is that? No need to look elsewhere....book this hostel today and have a GREAT time!

Really enjoyed our stay at Harmony Hostel. Staff was amazing and really made us feel welcome. Loved hanging out in the lounge and listening to good music while enjoying amazing conversation. Breakfast was excellent, and the complimentary tea was delicious. Thanks for being open to suggestions on ways to improve the rooms!
