Friendliest staff I have ever had. I have been to about twelve different locations recently. Wonderful people.

I really like this hostal, is even better than a lots of hostal I have stay in Europe, is clean, staff is really helpfull, the room was so clean, all renewd and nice. The only thing I can adcive us that they have istanbul maps, because they dont have them

You hostel is a little bit dark on the entrance and stair to the first floor. Locker is hard to use because I got only small lock so It didn't work on you locker. You might probably add a locker in the room or just make your new cupboard lockable. One more thing is your power socket is not enough It should be one per bed with easy access location.

Maybe the best hostel i have stayed at in Europe. And I have stayed in a lot of hostels:) The staff are great and very helpful. And the atmosphere on the roof terrace is fantastic!

Really enjoyed our stay at Harmony Hostel. Staff was amazing and really made us feel welcome. Loved hanging out in the lounge and listening to good music while enjoying amazing conversation. Breakfast was excellent, and the complimentary tea was delicious. Thanks for being open to suggestions on ways to improve the rooms!

This is the place to stay if you're ever in Istanbul! Fun and helpful staff, clean comfy rooms, and a nice lounge and rooftop terrace to chill out with a nice cup of warm tea and a great view of the Bosphorus! The awesome staff even cooked up a delicious bbq to share with guests staying at the hostel. How cool is that? No need to look elsewhere....book this hostel today and have a GREAT time!

Awesome hostel. Godwin and Mahmood do an excellent job in creating a fun and inviting atmosphere. The room setup is good, and the hostel is only a 5 -10 minute wall from the Hagia Sophia and Blue Mosque. The staff is very helpful in giving advice about Istanbul. The area is also near numerous restaurants and shops, as well as the tram station. Would definitely recommend this hostel!

Harmony Hostel was one of the best hostel I have stayed in. The staff was very friendly and the character of the hostel was inviting and harmonious. The room was clean and the bathroom newly renovated. It was really more than I expected. The days we stayed in, the staff made us feel as home. The breakfeast was awsome and, if I return to Istanbul I will definitley stay here again.

The best hostel I have ever been. I spent there 6 nights. Excellent location for discovering of Istanbul, very good rates, comfortable beds, great breakfast and mainly the best of the best atmosphere every evening (in the roof space) I have ever met thanks to all the staff and the owner. Especially I would like to thank (beside Mahmood) to Hossein for his kindness and willingness in every situation. For the atmosphere I would give even 101% if possible.

The staff are so friendly and helpful, especially in the kitchen!. The kitchen provides you with a very nice international atmosphere, where different customers meet each other, talk, play and exchange their experiences. The location is perfect, so you can easily walk to the center of some attractions.

It is extremely easy to find as it is right on a tram line so when you arrive you are completely stress free. The rooms are super clean and comfortable and with really reasonable prices. The location is close to cheap food, the old city attractions, the ferry wharf and also a tram line if you want to head over to taksim. The common room is extremely social and always has people up there in the afternoons chilling out preparing for the night ahead. wifi in rooms and free breakfast. STAY HERE!!

I had an AMAZING! time at the hostel! Mahmood and Hosein made this stay unforgettable for me! They can read any wish you want from you, make you laugh a lot and show you the best sides of Istanbul. The roof-deck and the view from this location is just perfect! A perfect place to start the day with the included breakfast! Hold on to that! One slight improvement: WiFi in the dorms would be great, although its already available on the top floor.

I know the owner wants to improve his hostel all the time. Here are just a few references: - paper towels and soap for the toilets in the corridor - one toilet in the corridor is not lockable anymore - electric wire or sth. in the shower (12 bed dormitory) - looks dangerous - make sure that all escape doors are useable, just in case!

This is probably the best hostel I've ever been in. The atmosphere was absolutely extraordinary. Special thanks to Mahmood and Hossein, who were so friendly, kind to everyone, eager to help you with everything you need, even offer their own food :). Also the breakfasts were great and if you're romantic, you have to enjoy Istanbul view from the top floor. Moreover, the hostel owner still tries to improve the hostel quality and definitely cares about the hostel guests. So, just visit it and see :)

Hello, I can honestly say that Harmony Hostel was a very translucent experience. The beds aren't stacked on each other affording exponential privacy for the guests. The Rami, Nadim, Momad and Hussein ( I probably butchered the names) are the friendliest humans I've met on my 8 months of hostel bouncing. The view of Sophia and the bay to Istanbul is epic an the lounge upstairs is comfortable and super for chilllaxing! Thanks for the stay and beat wishes Keep on flying Adam

Nice hostel really close to the principal places like Haghia Sophia and Blue Mosque, making easy the visits. The staff also is really kind on information and booking tours getting better prices.

Harmony hostel was wonderful. The location right in Sultanmhet was very convenient and the staff was always courteous and helpful.
