Best hostel, best locatıon, best frıends. Thank you Paco!!!!

Our stay here was great. The people here were awesome, the vıew from the roof terrace was fantastıc as well. Most ımportantly, ıt always has a very chıll atmosphere. If you wanna go out, talk and take Paco. Paco ıs very frıendly and knows alot about ıstanbul, wıthout hım we would not have been to all the nıce local authentıc turkısh restaurents. excellent stay. must stay !!!

Its a perfect place to stay during your Istanbul visit. Blue mosque and other attractions right around the corner. Great roof top terrace and cafes/restaurants around. Comfortable dorm rooms and really friendly and funny stuff. Fully recommend this place!!! Greetings.

Couldnt be happier - Paco and Emre made my stay so comfortable. They gave me tips on where to go and what to do. Such a great location very close to all the tourist sites and restaurants. Have rebooked and looking forward to staying again. Thanks guys !

Hostel location was perfect- right by the Hagia Sophia, blue mosque etc. but the place seemed a bit run down- especially the bathrooms. The staff was polite and nice, but not overly informative. Overall our stay was pleasant.

Staying at Istanbul Hostel was a great experience for me. Perfect location, comfortable beds, and gorgeous rooftop restaurant . The staff was helpful: from arranging shuttles to helping you find an affordable Hamam. Perfect walk around the corner to everything. Thanks!

Istanbul Hostel is in a great location, just a few minutes walk from all the main historic sights. It's in a nice area next to the Four Seasons Hotel. There's WiFi throughout the building and a rooftop restaurant with great views. Hot showers and the staff was friendly. It is also very inexpensive. I would stay here again.

Decent hostel in the very center of Istanbul. I stayed in a single room which was very good value for money, sharing facilities with only two other rooms. Talked to a very nice employee of the hostel who gave me valuable tips for buying a quality leather bag in Istanbul for a good price. Breakfast was basic but good (served on the roof top terrace). Would stay here again although it lacked a little bit of atmosphere.

The hostel was very nice. Great location, hot water and great service (the wireless did not work from my room but it did downstairs...which was good enough for me). I used the travel agent next door and found his services to be top notch. He actually booked my entire 11 day vacation around Turkey, so I did not have to do any planning for the rest of the trip. The price was great too. All things considered: I would recommend both Istanbul Hostel and the travel agent connected to their building.

You will love the terrace and the view. The breakfast is really nice. The location is prefect. There are quite a few showers, which I liked. The value you get for the price is really great.

The location couldn't have been better. We loved the rooftop restaurant--both for the excellent breakfast and as a place to hang out at night drinking apple tea and taking in the skyline, including the Ayasofia. We really enjoyed meeting the helpful and hilarious staff! We would have liked to have lockers, but that's pretty much the only critique. Overall, this was an excellent first hostel experience. Thank you!

rooftop restaurant is good. your experience will vary depending on which room you get and your roommates. Otherwise this is a nice place to stay at.

Great hostel, although lacking a commom space which people actually use it. Staff is very friendly, great location. Recommended to anyone.

The hostel is perfectly located to visit the old Istanbul and there are a lot of restaurants in the area. The double bedroom we got was basic. At our arrival, we found the staff quite welcoming and accomodating. Nonetheless, you really feel that you bother them everytime you need something. For example, they simply told us "NO" when we wanted to order a drink. To sum up, it's ok only if you travel with a bunch of friends and don't mind about noise and service.

Great hostel! Excellent prices and location. Super clean and staff are very accommodating. Made my stay in Istanbul easy and enjoyable.
