Istanbul Pension is a Greek house located in the historical center of Ayvalik. The house has saved lots of amazing life stories from different cultures and generations until today.
We have 6 non-smoking triple& twin&double rooms, 4 of them have garden view and all of them had been furnished to suit the atmosphere of this stone house. You will have 24 hrs hot water and free wireless internet. We serve the breakfast in our warm and pleasant garden.
Restaurants, pubs and cafes are in 5 minutes walking distance. Cunda Island is 8 km away from Ayvalik and can be reached by boat or bus. Lesbos, the Greek Island is easy to reach by ferry with 1/2 hrs trip.Ayvalik is a coastal town that embraces you with generosity with it's magnificent sunsets, cobblestone streets, foods prepared with local grown herbs, delicious olives and olive oil, ancient Greek houses resisting time persistently, population exchange stories and etesian winds with iodine smell.
It's a historical seaport which can't be forgotten if you once chance on. You may also visit the ancient cities close to Ayvalik such as; Bergamon(60 km),Assos(130 km),Ephesus (200 km),Oren, Troja(150 km) and Zeus Altar(55 km).
